Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer (that is if you are not making purchases, fully or in part, for purposes related to commercial, business, craft or professional activities), under Article 52 of the Consumer Code, you have the right, in addition to all other rights you are entitled to, to withdraw from the contract provided by Italiana Gioielli, without just cause, and to receive a refund in the amount paid, except in the case mentioned in Article 59 of the Consumer Code, such as the purchase of product that are specifically personalized, engraved or individualized, unless such products were already damaged or defective upon delivery.

You are entitled to withdraw from the contract at any moment before the order is delivered and up to 14 days after that date.

To exercise your right of withdrawal over Italiana Gioielli, you are required to give unequivocal communication:
- Via email at info@italianagioielli.com, specifying your name, address and order number;

If you decide to withdraw from the contract, you are required to return the jewelry at your expense and risk, or alternatively, communicate to Italiana Gioielli to pick-up the package from your address. In this case, the cost of delivery of €10.00 will be subtracted from the total to be reimbursed. We ask that you verify that the jewelry is adequately insured for the transit.

The jewelry must be returned to Italiana Gioielli within 14 days of the notification of withdrawal in the same conditions in which it was received and accompanied by the related box and guarantee. If you do not return the jewelry within 14 days from the withdrawal, the deadline for using the right will end.
You are required to take the necessary precautions and care of the jewelry in your possession. In the case of non-fulfillment, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of any degeneration of the product(s), up to its price, from the amount you would otherwise have a right to be reimbursed.

The recipients of gifts have the right to exchange the non-refundable items or can request that a refund be given to the purchaser of the jewelry. To exchange the gift or request a refund credit for the purchaser, please send an email to the following address: assistenza@italianagioielli.it

The refund on Italiana Gioielli is due within 14 days after:
- our email confirmation that your order has been cancelled, if the jewelry was not delivered to the indicated delivery address within 30 days of conclusion of the contract;
- the delivery date of the returned products if the jewelry has been delivered, or the day you provide proof that the products have been returned, whichever comes first.

During the return period, you have a right to a refund in the full price of the jewelry (barring any deductions due as a result of any use of or damage to the jewelry) as well as the standard delivery expenses.

In any case, you will not be reimbursed the cost of returning the goods, as indicated above.

In the case in which the payment of the jewelry has been made by card, the amount of the refund will be credited back to the account of the card that was originally charged.

At the end of the return period, you no longer have a right to a refund if you decide to return the product(s).
