- Where do the products on the online store come from?
We are Official dealers of all products sold through our e-commerce, italianagioielli.com. All products sold have an international guarantee and come from authorized distributors.
- Can I give your jewelry to someone as a gift?
Of course! You can purchase any piece of jewelry on our website and give it to whomever you like.
- Do the prices include sales/VAT tax?
All prices for jewelry on Italiana Gioielli include sales/VAT tax.
- Are there other expenses beyond the listed price?
No, there are no other expenses.
For international shipments, the cost of shipping will be listed during the order process.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay with Credit Card, Paypal, Bank transfer or Cash on Delivery (maximum €2,999.00).
- What is a coupon and how can I use one?
A coupon is a discount that italianagioielli.com gives out in the form of a code.
This code can be used during the purchase of an item on our site and will be automatically applied to the total of your cart.
- If I register on your site, will I receive unwanted emails?
Absolutely not. Your email address, as is indicated on the registration form, will be used only by us and exclusively for means of communicating when your goods are shipped and to keep you up to date on promotions.
- Do you protect my personal data?

- I made my order. How long will it take?
Delivery times will depend on your location. Your order will be shipped by italianagioielli.com within 24 hours of receiving payment and will take around 2-3 working days to be delivered
- Can I have a written receipt for my order?
After sending your order, italianagioielli.com will send order confirmation to your email address.
- Can I track my order?
Yes, you can! After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email. Each order is processed 24 hours after it is placed. Within 72 hours of placing your order, you will receive an expected delivery date. When the order ships, you will receive another email with the tracking number and a link to track it online through the carrier. - Can I cancel an order that’s already been placed?
If the order has not yet been processed, you should immediately contact us via email at info@italianagioielli.com or call 0922-735299 during the hours indicated on our contacts page.
If the order has already been processed and the goods have been shipped, you will have to wait to receive it in order to return it under your right of withdrawal as a consumer.

How can I change something in my order?
- If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately. We usually process orders within 2-4 hours, and once we have processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

- Can I exercise my right of withdrawal?
In accordance with art. 5 of Legislative Decree 185/99 for consumer protection, which regulates remote contracts, a client who has purchased anything from italianagioielli.com has a right to withdrawal if the product does not satisfy their needs or no longer interests them, with no penalty or need to specify why, within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.

Every shipment will be sent with a delivery note within the package.
